🌱 Beginner Tips
Start With the Campfire
Upgrade the campfire to level 3-4 on your first day. There's always guaranteed coal or 6 logs at level 1.
Collect Bunny Feet Early
Get a bunny foot before wood collection for higher drop rates. Use these with the pelt trader for better tools.
The Deer Won't Attack Night 1
Take advantage of the first night to collect resources and build. The Deer only watches from a distance.
Rescue Dino Kid Between Day 1-3
Rescuing the first child early gives you valuable multipliers to reach day 99 faster.
Build a Bed by Day 5
Craft the regular bed (5 scrap) and old bed before day 5. This is essential for progression.
Hunt Animals for Food
Kill nearby bunnies and wolves early. Cook raw meat on the campfire or eat berries and carrots.
Solo vs Multiplayer
Game difficulty scales with player count. Solo = easiest, 5 players = hardest. Important: If players leave, the difficulty doesn't decrease — you're stuck with 5-player difficulty!
Recommendation: Play solo or with trusted friends for consistent experience.
⚡ Advanced Tips
Spear Trick for Combat
Use a spear or laser sword to circle around wolves while hitting them. This minimizes damage taken.
Speed Loading Weapons
Switch weapons while reloading for instant reload. Perfect timing lets you create a "minigun" effect.
Build Oil Drills at Level 5
Place oil drills facing the campfire to automatically fuel it. No more manual fuel collection needed.
Crockpot + Farm Plot Combo
Place a crockpot on top of farm plots to auto-cook stew from harvested crops. Makes unlimited food!
Biofuel Processor for Fuel
Convert meat and resources into biofuel. Essential for late-game campfire upgrades.
Cultist Raid Preparation
Cultist raids happen every few days. Set up bear traps, spikes, and barbed wire to defeat them.
Loot Gold & Ruby Chests
Prioritize opening gold and ruby chests for the best weapons and tools.
Base Layering Defense
Use multiple layers: trees, log walls, and wood rain storage. Creates a sustainable, safe base.
📦 Resource Management

Use rain wood storage to protect wood from getting wet. Alternatively, use biofuel processors to convert wet wood into fuel.
⚙️ Scrap Collection
Best scrap found in campfire level 6 biome. Metal chairs give 5 scrap each. Always prioritize powerful items like biofuel processor.
🥕 Food Storage
Build 1-3 farm plots + crockpot for unlimited stew. Stew regenerates half your hunger bar and only needs 3 carrots.
💡 Fuel Priority
Collect coal and fuel canisters early. At higher campfire levels, build oil drills or biofuel processors for sustainable fuel.
